WHAT IS THE 3D MONEY RIGHT FIT SCORE CARD?
3D Money, and its affiliates, have spent thousands of hours developing a system for selecting properties that are a right fit for our portfolio. We have very specific parameters of the type, size, location, & condition of the properties we seek out and are comfortable saying “no” to options that do not fit our criteria.
Jeff Huston & Gabe Olson believe the same principle should be true when we are considering an investor and when an investor is considering us. Both parties have the best chance for a successful experience when they are a good fit. Having similar mindsets is key. Therefore, we have developed: The 3D Money Right Fit Score Card™. It identifies 8 specific mindsets that summarize the way we look at the world. We encourage you to take a few minutes and score yourself.
Following each mindset there are two statements. Read the statement carefully and rank yourself accordingly — how you think, how you communicate with others, and how you act. Choose a number (1 through 5) that you feel best represents your score for that mindset. After completing the survey, hit submit, and that's it! We will follow up with you about your score.
1: A score of one indicates that you don’t have this mindset at all, and may in fact, be opposed to this mindset.
2-3: A score of two to three indicates you are somewhat in — but mostly out of the mindset.
4: A score of four indicates you are mostly in the mindset, but not consistently.
5: A score of five indicates you are always in this mindset, & you are consistently developing & expanding it in every area of your life.
What does your score mean?
Your score gives you a meaningful evaluation to the type of mindsets that you have, compared to type of mindsets the owners of 3D Money have. Experience has shown us that if you are not consistently scoring in the higher ranges of the scorecard, it is a good indicator that our mindsets are not in alignment. This exercise gives both parties a tangible way to initially filter if this opportunity is worth a deeper look.
